Welcome to the Double R Ranch. We're located in southeast
Dallas County in the town of Sunnyvale approximately 8 miles east of Dallas, Texas just off U.S. Hwy 80.
Our goal is to raise high quality fullblood and percentage boer goats for show and breeding
stock. Although our herd of 30-40 goats may be small compared to most ranches, we strive to continually upgrade and improve
our herd through good ranch management and selective breeding. Quality is always preferred to quantity.
In addition to our boer goats, we also breed AKC Anatolian Shepherd guardian dogs.

All of our animals are pasture raised on thick coastal
bermuda including our show animals. We feel this keeps the animals hearty, healthy and well exercised as oppossed
to pen kept animals. In addition to their unlimited grazing in the pasture, our goats receive free choice mineral and
a high quality custom blend feed as a supplement that has been working well for us and other local breeders for years.
In winter, they graze on sudan and winter ryegrass.
